If you answered yes to either of the above questions, read on:
Back in July Nike launched a limited release of the shoes. They were priced at $400 a pair. They quickly sold out. Now there's one pair on Ebay with an asking price of US$1,350.
I'm no math genius, but I'm pretty sure that's an increase of 237.5% in just six months. Now if they continue to increase in value at that rate, in ten years time, you'll have a pair of sneakers worth $2,517,799,976.85.
And in these troublesome economic times, who couldn't do with an extra two and half billion? So here's the link to the Ebay auction. As far as I can tell, it's a foolproof investment. Good luck!
And if there are any former investment bankers out there, feel free to correct me on my math.
